Horserace Betting Levy Board

The Horserace Betting Levy Board (HBLB) welcomes proposals to act as Data Collection Partner (DCP) for the collection and consolidation of race-by-race betting data from certain bookmakers who have agreed to share such data with HBLB (via a DCP) on a voluntary and confidential basis.

Organisations are invited to offer a tender for provision of the above, to the specification outlined in the Tender published on HM Government’s Find a Tender site (https://www.gov.uk/find-tender) and HBLB’s website (https://www.hblb.org.uk/page/135). The tender and Request for Proposals documents should be read in conjunction with one another.

The deadline for tenders to be submitted is Sunday 15^th October 2023. Tenders should be submitted to dcpt@hblb.org.uk or in writing, marked DCPT, to:
