In the case of additional fixtures a pro-rata allocation is shown, based on the theoretical Ratecard Plus contribution and HBLB’s fixed payment for the fixture; these fixtures, along with races for which additional payments were made by HBLB (such as where races were rearranged to a later date), are shown in blue font.
